About Me
For all that I am, I have never been swayed by the unknown. I need to know.
At the beginning of my life, I was shaken. I lost my sense of self. I lead me through Hell in my mind and physical world. I have wanted to die and cried so many tears of pain- both my own tears and those of others. Eventually I surrendered to the unknown. The darkness no longer held me like it used to.
I love myself. The real me was underneath fear and trauma. I have spent a decade unearthing and facing my suffering, my many shadows and generational trauma. With the help and grace of God, I have been gifted this life. It’s been difficult but now I know who I am, I am no longer fearful of my waking experience. I have met my angels, shadows and guides. I am stronger than I thought I would be. I know how to say no, who to surround myself with and how to work with my faults and assets.
The last 10 years have been a continuous thread of awakening through meditating on who I am, what I’m doing here and how to feel good in my mind, body and soul.
The Universe has gifted me with many tools along my journey. It would be a privilege to share these tools to help you along yours.
My Passion
In 2014 I made a dedication to my life. To live. To stay alive. To be alive. The following years, I started going to yoga classes. I began to meditate & find my way. I danced, I sang. I had many lovers and discovered my sexuality and ways to build safety in intimacy. I had many failed relationships that showed me how I wanted to build connection with other humans.
Through these past 7 years, I have closed portals, shed shadows and started to connect with Divine Light. I have opened the door and have learned to hold my inner child. In 2020 I gained a desire
to facilitate spaces and share some of what I’ve learned. Since then, I have worked with youths, non-profits, local colleges and individuals. My passion to teach and serve is even stronger.
In 2022 I spent the summer at Zen Mountain Monastery. This is where I discovered alignment and manifestation go hand in hand where I met the Divine Spirit of Christ. This year (2023), I received my Reiki 1 & 2 attunements which has lead me to a deeper connection with my angels, guides, and intuition.
